The Wisconsin Project

The Wisconsin Project is an opportunity for photographers to work together on documenting cities in Wisconsin. It is a collaborative photojournalism effort, with each photographer covering 1-3 cities, and only 2 photographers cover each city. Photos that are part of the project will provide perspective on the city from the photographer's point of view. This project was started by Milwaukee-based action photographer Clarissa Rodriguez and myself, and are making efforts to get other photographers to join in. So far we have three of us enlisted in the project: Myself, Clarissa, and Adam Koenig of White Patch Photography in Green Bay, WI. We have five cities we are working on: Madison, Milwaukee, Menomonee Falls, Green Bay, and Appleton. I am excited to begin working on this and to see what the potential of this project is.

What is the point of this? We'll figure it out. We'd like to have a blog up soon, and work towards greater aspirations such as collaborative shows, website, books....who knows, maybe we can make a book? Time will tell, but until then it is a great way to document a state, have multiple artists working together, and to get our names out there.

If you are a photographer and are interested in joining, email us at thewisconsinproject@gmail.com telling us about yourself and what cities you would like to document. We will then give you more info and get you all set to work with us!

Design Samples: Save the Dates

I have decided to begin marketing designs to basically show what I can do, and then of course clients could then get a custom ORDER or go with one of my premade designs. Seems like a smart idea, should have thought about this before even though Emily Bee Arts has offered design throughout the young blooming of my business (not sure if it has blossomed yet). I started by making some save the dates, I plan on doing more of these and other designs such as thank yous, invites, greeting cards, etc. Aside from these samples, more can be found on my Emily Bee Arts facebook page. Hope you enjoy!
